How Do I Copy Promotions Using the Letterhead Extension?

The Letterhead Chrome extension lets Ad Manager users copy a promotion’s HTML for pasting into another newsletter tool — no need to open the Letterhead website.

Sign in to the extension

Open the Letterhead browser extension, enter your tenant prefix, click sign in, and enter your email and password.

To find your tenant prefix, look at the URL of the Letterhead web app:

  • If it begins with https://app.tryletterhead.com/... (no prefix before “app”), your tenant prefix is lh1.
  • If it begins with https://<prefix>.app.tryletterhead.com/..., that <prefix> is your tenant prefix — for example, https://tsq.app.tryletterhead.com/... means the prefix is tsq.

Find and copy a promotion

Section titled “Find and copy a promotion”
  1. Open the Promotions tab in the extension to see your list of promotions and their dates.
  2. Use the Select Date search to jump to a specific day — the promotions running that day are displayed.
  3. Once you find the promotion, choose Copy to copy its full HTML to your clipboard, then paste it into your newsletter application. Or choose Open to jump to the promotion’s page in your Letterhead account.
