How can I include my social profile as part of my newsletter?

Edit in CMS

The Profile block adds social icons to your newsletter so readers can follow you or your brand directly from your editions — its settings panel is titled Social Profiles. We recommend setting it up in your templates — set it up once and forget about it.

  • Channel social links: set your social profile URLs once in SettingsGeneralSocial Media, and Profile blocks can pull them automatically. When you’re editing at the company level (for example, a company template used across channels), the block shows a Use Channel Social Links toggle — each channel’s own links fill in automatically. Bluesky is among the supported networks, alongside the established platforms.
  • Per-block URLs: enter profile URLs directly in the block settings for one-off setups.
  1. In Emails, open Templates and edit an existing template or start a new one. Active templates must be deactivated before editing.
  2. Drag the Profile block into your layout and click its placeholder to open the block settings.
  3. Check the boxes for the social platforms you want. For each selected platform, enter your profile URL — a platform won’t display in the block without a URL (unless it’s filling from channel social links).
  4. Drag the platform names to rearrange the icon order.
  • Display asIcons only or Text only.
  • Color — when displaying icons, pick the icon color style.
  • Alignment — left, center, or right.
  • Layout Gap — fine-tune the spacing between individual social icons.
  • Padding and background — set in the block’s common style settings, like any other block.

When you’re done, continue to preview and test your template, then click Activate so new newsletters use it.
