Journey-specific unsubscribe links in automation emails

Emails sent from an automation series include an Unsubscribe from this journey link. It lets readers opt out of that specific automation without unsubscribing from your newsletter entirely.

How it works

When a reader clicks the journey unsubscribe link, they confirm their choice and are removed from that running journey only — their newsletter subscription stays active.

This protects your list: a reader who’s tired of one automation series — an onboarding sequence they’ve outgrown, a promotional campaign that doesn’t interest them — can leave just that series instead of leaving you altogether.

Nothing to configure

All automation emails include the journey-specific link automatically. Readers who want to leave your newsletter entirely can still use the standard unsubscribe link in your regular sends.
