What is the Organization Audience page?

Edit in CMS

The Organization Audience page shows your audience across every channel in the organization. For each member you can see how many channels they belong to, which specific channels (in the Channels column), and their status — so you can tell at a glance which newsletter, list, or publication each subscriber is active on.

This page is for organization administrators; channel roles see their own channel’s audience on the regular Audience page.

  • Search — look up a specific subscriber by email or name.
  • Channels — narrow the list to subscribers of one channel.
  • Status — filter by any of the subscription statuses below.
