What Do Letterhead Statuses Mean?
Edit in CMSEvery newsletter moves through a set of statuses from creation to delivery. Here’s what each one means.
Draft — the newsletter is still being created or edited. You can keep adding content, refining the design, and making changes.
Review — the newsletter has been sent to one or more team members to review and approve before it goes out.
Scheduling — you’ve started setting a send date and time but haven’t finished. Until scheduling is complete, the newsletter remains unscheduled and won’t be delivered; you can continue editing the draft.
Scheduled — the newsletter is queued to send at the date and time you selected, and will begin sending automatically.
Processing — Letterhead has handed your newsletter off to your email service provider and is creating the campaign on their side. No emails have gone out yet.
Sending — delivery has started. You’ll see the status progress through 25% and 50% stages until delivery is confirmed for at least 75% of your audience, giving you visibility into its progress.
Published — the newsletter has been successfully delivered to the majority of your audience and is available for subscribers to view (and on your archive page, unless hidden).
