Company-Level Automations Errors Table
Edit in CMSThe Automations Errors Table shows you when an automation fails and why. Instead of guessing what went wrong, filter your company’s automations by Error status and review the details in one table.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”- From your Company Dashboard, go to System Monitor → Automations.
- Use the Status dropdown to filter by Error.
The table lists every automation that has hit a problem. If none have, you’ll see an empty state — “There is nothing here, yet.”
What each row shows
Section titled “What each row shows”- Title — the automation’s name
- Channel — where the automation belongs
- Status — shows Error if the automation failed to run
- Template — the template the automation uses
- Latest Send — the last successful send
- Next Send — when it’s scheduled to run next
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Review the affected automation’s setup — its segment, frequency, draft, and template — to confirm nothing is missing or misconfigured. If you can’t resolve it, contact Letterhead Support with the automation title and error details.
Checking this table regularly catches problems early, before they interrupt your sending schedule. For monitoring an individual automation’s live performance, see Monitor a running automation, and for everything else in the area, Working in Automations.
