Is it possible for administrators to re-subscribe audience members?

Yes. Both Organization Administrators and Channel Administrators can re-subscribe audience members.

1. Click Audience in the left navigation.
2. Search for the member by name or email address.
3. Click the member’s current status and choose Pending Confirmation from the dropdown, then let the change save.
4. Once the status options refresh, select Subscribed.
5. Return to the Audience list to verify the updated status.

Good to know

• People who unsubscribed themselves may have done so deliberately — re-subscribe only when you’re confident they want to hear from you.
• Cleaned (bounced) addresses are suppressed to protect your sender reputation and generally shouldn’t be re-subscribed; see Understanding bounces.
• Members in Pending Confirmation may simply not have verified yet.
