How do I use the Paragraph AI Rewrite tool?

The AI Rewrite tool, available to all customers, reworks the text in a Paragraph block in a few clicks. It can make your text:

• easier to read
• shorter
• more formal
• more casual
• more persuasive
• more neutral
• reformatted as a list (shown only when the block has more than 1,000 characters)
• reformatted with subheadings (shown only when the block has more than 1,000 characters)

This is an AI feature — results may change the meaning of your content. Always check the output for accuracy before publishing.

How to use it

1. Open a draft (or start one from a template or blank) in Emails, and add or select a Paragraph block.
2. In the block’s options, click Rewrite.
3. Choose a style from the Make this text dropdown and click Rewrite.
4. Review the result shown in the popup. Click Save to replace the paragraph’s text, or Cancel to close and try again.

The tool is currently available for the Paragraph block only.
