How can my audience members easily share my newsletter?

The Share block adds icons that let readers share your newsletter edition on their platform of choice with one click — its settings panel is titled Social Share. We recommend setting it up in your templates — set it up once and forget about it.

Add the block to a template

1. In Emails, open Templates and edit an existing template or start a new one. Active templates must be deactivated before editing.
2. Drag the Share block into your layout and click its placeholder to open the block settings.
3. Check the boxes for the share options you want to enable.
4. Drag to rearrange them into your preferred order.

Design options

• Display as — Icons only or Text only.
• Color — when displaying icons, pick the icon color style.
• Alignment — left, center, or right.
• Layout Gap — fine-tune the spacing between individual share icons.
• Padding and background — set in the block’s common style settings, like any other block.

When you’re done, click Preview and schedule to preview and test, then Activate template so new newsletters include it.
