How to find your tenant prefix for the browser extension

When you sign in to the Letterhead browser extension, it asks for your tenant prefix. The prefix comes straight from the URL you use to open the Letterhead web app.

Open the web app, sign in, and look at your browser’s address bar:

• No prefix before “app” — if the URL starts with https://app.tryletterhead.com/..., your tenant prefix is lh1.
• A prefix before “app” — if the URL starts with https://<prefix>.app.tryletterhead.com/..., that <prefix> is your tenant prefix. For example, https://abc.app.tryletterhead.com/... means your prefix is abc.

Make sure you’re signed in to the correct account and copy the subdomain exactly as it appears in the address bar.
