Manage company settings in a shared Letterhead account

If your company shares a Letterhead instance with other companies, you have access to the same complete company settings as companies using Letterhead independently. Everything you configure applies only to your company — changes never affect the other companies sharing the instance.

What you can manage

  • Team management — invite teammates and assign their roles.
  • Integrations — connect and configure third-party services, including a company-level API key for tools like Zapier that add, update, and tag contacts across your company audience.
  • Email sending — choose your email provider and add verified sending domains.
  • AI assistant — find connection details for your company’s AI assistant.
  • API access — manage API keys and credentials.

How scoping works

All company settings live in one place in your Letterhead account. Any change you make is automatically scoped to your company, so multiple companies can safely share one Letterhead instance without stepping on each other’s configuration.

This is a company admin area — if you don’t see these settings, ask your administrator.
