Email Content Check agent
Edit in CMSThe Email Content Check agent is a pre-send check that validates your newsletter content and flags potential issues that could affect delivery or reader experience — things like broken links and missing image alt text. AI agents are an early access feature — see the AI Agents overview.
When the Email Content Check runs
Section titled “When the Email Content Check runs”The Email Content Check runs automatically when you set an email to preview before scheduling — there’s no separate step to start it. Open the draft you want to check and set it to preview, and the agent checks that version of your newsletter.
Review check results
Section titled “Review check results”The results appear in the composer’s Preflight Agent panel. It lists each flagged issue and the part of your email it relates to, so you can find and fix it in your draft.
Review the findings
Section titled “Review the findings”The Preflight Agent panel is read-only — there are no accept or dismiss controls. Read through the flagged issues, fix the ones that apply in your draft, and set the email to preview again to re-run the check and confirm the problems are resolved.
Once all critical issues are resolved, you can send your newsletter with confidence.
