Manage sending domains for your company email connection

When you use Letterhead’s email delivery as a company-level sending connection, you can add and manage sending domains directly in the connection settings. Each connection has its own isolated sending identity.

This capability may need to be enabled for your account — contact support if you don’t see it.

Setup, verification, and the DNS records you publish are the same as for channel-level domains, so this is now documented in one place.

See How do I set up my custom sending domain? — the Company-level email connection section walks through opening Settings → Sending, selecting your Letterhead connection, adding a sending subdomain, publishing the CNAME, DKIM, and DMARC records, and verifying, re-verifying, or removing domains.

This is a company admin area — if you don’t see email connection settings, ask your administrator.
