Manage sending domains for your company email connection

When you use Letterhead’s email delivery as a company-level sending connection, you can add and manage sending domains directly in the connection settings. Each connection has its own isolated sending identity.

This capability may need to be enabled for your account — contact support if you don’t see it.

Manage sending domains

1. Open your company settings and locate your Letterhead email connection.
2. In the connection setup, add a new sending domain.
3. Letterhead shows the DNS records you need to publish: DKIM, CNAME, and DMARC.
4. Publish those records with your DNS provider, then return to verify your domain.
5. You can re-verify domains at any time, or remove domains you no longer need.

This is a company admin area — if you don’t see email connection settings, ask your administrator.
