Reuse images from your company image gallery

Edit in CMS

Every image your team uploads while building newsletters is collected in one Image Gallery, so you can reuse a picture you’ve used before instead of tracking down the original file and uploading it again. The gallery is company-wide — an image uploaded in one channel is available when you build a newsletter in any of your channels.

When you add an image in the composer, you can pick straight from the gallery. Any brand-new file you upload still works exactly as before, and is now also saved to the gallery for next time.

  1. In the composer, add or open an image (see How to change or add an image in a newsletter?).
  2. Choose Choose from gallery.
  3. Browse or search for the image you want, select it, and add it to your block.
  • Alt text and tags — give each image alt text (a short description for accessibility, shown if the image can’t load) and one or more tags to keep it easy to find later.
  • Filter — narrow the gallery by tag, by source, or by who uploaded an image, so you can jump to the right picture in a large library.
  • Manage your tags — your whole tag list lives in one place, so you can keep it tidy and consistent across your team.

When an image has served its purpose, archive it to tidy the gallery. Archiving only hides the image from the gallery view — it never touches a newsletter that already uses it, whether that newsletter is a draft or has already been sent, so nothing you’ve published changes.
