How to Use Company-Level Promotions

Edit in CMS

Company-Level Promotions let you run campaigns across multiple organizations and channels from one place. You’ll need to be a company admin to use them. For everything else the Promotions area can do, see Working in Promotions.

Use the organization/channel selector in the navigation and choose Company. This view spans every organization and channel in your company. (Don’t see the Company option? Confirm you’re a company admin.)

  1. From the Company view, click Promotions and then Create campaign.
  2. Enter the details: campaign title, promoter name, channels, zone, and schedule dates.
  3. Add the promotion content — headline, text, image or banner, and the promotion link. You can also choose the HTML type to paste custom code or ad tags.
  4. Click Activate, or Save as draft to finish later.

From the Promotions page you can see all company-level promotions in one list, check status, scheduled dates, impressions, and clicks, edit existing promotions, and export metrics. For deeper performance data, see Promotions insights.

  • Open a draft newsletter in any channel and add a Promotion block, selecting the appropriate zone. The newsletter automatically pulls the matching company-level promotion based on the send date.
  • Or skip manual placement entirely: a company promotion can auto-inject into every send, landing in the placement you choose (or the default spot).

If a promotion is scheduled for the send date but not placed in the newsletter, you’ll see a warning during preview and scheduling — add the Promotion block, or continue without it.

Company-Level Promotions include a calendar view showing when promotions run across your company: all scheduled promotions by date, which channels and zones each is assigned to, and gaps where a promotion is scheduled but not yet placed. It’s a single timeline for reviewing upcoming and active promotions across organizations.
