View newsletter reputation scores in List Health and Portfolio Health

The List Health and Portfolio Health tables include a Reputation column showing a color-coded score (0–100) for each newsletter, based on its sending metrics — an instant read on your deliverability standing across all your newsletters.

Reading the scores

• Green (80–100) — strong sending reputation.
• Amber (56–79) — moderate; may need attention.
• Red (55 and below) — poor; needs improvement.
• — (dash) — not enough sends yet to calculate a score.

Each column header includes a tooltip explaining what it measures.

Where to find it

1. Go to Audience in the main menu.
2. Open List Health or Portfolio Health.
3. Check the Reputation column.

Improving a poor score

For newsletters with weak reputation, review your bounce handling, lean on engagement-based segments to mail your active readers, or enable List Optimization to manage inactive contacts.
