Curate from anywhere with the Letterhead browser extension

The Letterhead browser extension brings curation to where you already work — the web. As you browse, you can save any story, news item, or event to your Curations library in a click, then pull it into a newsletter later. The extension is available for Google Chrome.

It does two things:

• Curate from any webpage — save the page to your Curations library, editing the title, excerpt, image, and tags before you save. Adding tags as you save keeps items easy to find and place later.
• Copy promotions for use elsewhere — ad-manager users can grab a promotion’s HTML and paste it into another ESP or CMS.

Creating newsletters and promotions themselves still happens in the Letterhead web app.

Install and sign in

1. Add the Letterhead extension from the Chrome Web Store, and pin it to your toolbar so it’s easy to reach.
2. Click the Letterhead icon and enter your tenant prefix when prompted — see how to find your tenant prefix.
3. Sign in with your Letterhead email and password.

Save an article to your Curations library

1. Open the article you want to curate and click the Letterhead icon.
2. Choose the channel the article should be added to.
3. Click Curate. The extension loads editable metadata from the page.
4. Adjust the title, excerpt, image, and tags as needed — you can keep the auto-detected image or pick a different one, and choose existing tags or create new ones.
5. Click Save Curations. A confirmation appears once the article is in your library.

Restricted or paywalled pages can block metadata retrieval — if a page won’t curate, see why some links can’t be pulled.
