Send newsletters through Braze

Overview

You can now use Braze as your newsletter sending provider. Once connected, you can publish newsletters through your Braze workspace and take advantage of Braze’s personalization and delivery features.

Connect Braze as your sending provider

1. Go to your sending settings
2. Select Braze as your sending provider
3. Connect your Braze workspace

Once connected, Braze will appear alongside your other sending providers.

Use Braze features in your newsletters

When a newsletter is set to send through Braze, the composer adapts to work with Braze’s capabilities:

Personalization: Insert reader details using the custom fields from your Braze workspace. Any field you’ve defined in Braze can be used to personalize your newsletter content.

Conditional content: Show or hide content blocks based on what Braze knows about each reader. You can create different experiences for different segments using Braze’s data.

Intelligent Timing: Instead of sending at a single fixed time, hand off scheduled sends to Braze’s Intelligent Timing. Braze will deliver each newsletter at the optimal time for each individual reader.
