What's new — week of Sep 21, 2026

This week we shipped improvements to link checking, audience management, real-time collaboration, and integrations with Braze, Iterable, and OptinMonster.

Newsletters

• If it’s turned on for your account, catch broken links before you send: when you preview and schedule a newsletter, a new Links check tests every link in your draft to find malformed addresses, missing protocols, broken destinations, slow sites, and pages that return errors, showing you exactly which link text needs fixing and what went wrong.
• Edit a newsletter or template together with your teammates at the same time, with changes appearing live for everyone and automatic saving — any member of your company can now open and edit a company template, not only administrators.
• See whether a newsletter’s content is likely to be refused before you send it: a new Bounce Risk check reads your draft the way mailbox providers do and warns you of wording or addresses that providers refuse outright, with Low, Elevated, or High ratings and specific guidance on what to change.

Curations

• If it’s turned on for your account, show a curation block’s items oldest-first in the block settings, so an events feed leads with the soonest event instead of burying upcoming dates at the bottom.
• Change where a curated story’s “Read more” button takes your readers: the Button URL field now lets you point it anywhere — a signup page, a related event, or a personalization token that resolves differently for each reader — while the headline and image still link to the story itself.

Audience

• Sort your channel’s audience by name, email, status, date added, or tags — sorting by tags groups together contacts who share a tag so you can scan them in one pass.
• Turn the readers who engaged with a newsletter into a reusable audience segment in one click: from an edition’s results, create a segment of everyone who opened it, everyone who clicked a particular link, or everyone who picked a specific answer in a poll, and the segment refreshes each time you use it.
• Connect OptinMonster to capture signup leads directly into your channels.

Integrations

• Pick an Iterable snippet from a searchable list of the snippets that actually exist in your connected project, instead of typing its name from memory — if a snippet name doesn’t match anything in your project, you’ll find out when you save rather than when a send breaks.
• Send your newsletters through Braze: connect your Braze workspace from your sending settings and publish through it alongside every other provider, with support for Braze reader fields and conditional blocks.
• Personalise a newsletter by picking a reader’s own details from your Braze fields in the body, subject line, and preview text, searching them by name and setting fallback values for anyone the detail is missing for.

Agents

• Say yes to Penpal with one click instead of typing a reply: when Penpal offers to do one specific thing, a confirmation button now appears under the message so you can approve it and let Penpal continue.
