Managing Your Curation Library

Maintaining the freshness and relevance of your curated content is crucial for engaging your audience effectively.

With Letterhead’s curation library management, you can set up automatic deletion for your curation sources.

By automating the deletion process, you can keep your library organized, minimize clutter, and simplify management—allowing you to set it and forget it.

ℹ️ Note

By default, curations are deleted after 30 days, but you can choose a custom deletion schedule to best fit your content flow and audience needs.

Choosing the "On feed update" frequency may lead to increased load times for new curations added to the feed, particularly if you are working with larger feeds.

Tips for Managing your curations Library

  • Set Shorter Times for Fast-Paced Content: If your curation sources are news-based or rapidly changing, selecting a shorter deletion period (1–7 days) helps keep your library current.
  • Use Longer Times for Evergreen Content: For content that remains useful over time, consider deleting every 14–30 days.
