Role Management

This feature allows you to assign roles and permissions for your team members within your organizations.

Step by Step Guide to Role Management

Below we walk you through how to assign specific roles to your teammates, but click here to see the specific permissions associated with each one.

  1. On the left panel, select the Organization/Brand level.
  2. Select Settings
  3. In Teams, click Invite team member
  4. It will open the Settings / Team screen
  5. Enter the team member's Email, First name — optional field, Last name — optional field, assign Role**For details on the permissions of each role, please scroll to the bottom of the page.
  6. Click Invite team member.  
  7. Once you've sent the invite, your team member will receive the following message:

When they click the Log in to Letterhead button, they should be able to set their password and access the Letterhead app.

Role Permissions

The permissions granted with each role are summarized below, and you can click on each role for a more detailed description:

  • Create and manage organization settings, channel settings, teams, stores, audiences, newsletters, promotions and reports 
  • Create and manage channel settings, teams, stores, audiences, newsletters, promotions and reports for selected channels.
  • Create and manage newsletters for selected channels.
  • View promotions for selected channels.
  • If you opt for Administrator or Content Contributor, you need to choose the channel to which they are assigned to work.
