What permissions does the Organization Administrator have?

The Organization Administrator has full access to all features and settings within the account. This includes access to Organization level settings, the Dashboard for performance monitoring, Audience management for contact lists, Newsletters creation and distribution, as well as account Settings for customization and configuration.

Organization level settings

When the account has multiple channels, you will see the Organization level settings at the top of the channel. This section displays the company name or brand name, providing quick access to organizational settings and ensuring consistent branding across all channels.


Dashboard

In the Organization level settings, the Organization Administrator can view and filter their channel metrics for the last 30 days, including both promotion and delivery metrics. This capability allows for comprehensive analysis and monitoring of channel performance over a recent timeframe.

Audience

The Organization Administrator can search, view and filter by Channels and Status. For more information, please refer to article What is the Audience page in Letterhead?

Promotions

In the Organization level Promotions page, the Organization Administrator can run a single promotion or campaign across all of their accounts. Additionally, they have the ability to create templates for their campaigns and promotions. Please refer to What is an Organization-wide Promotion?

Reports

The Organization Administrator has the ability to create reports and set the duration of the report for up to 90 days. This feature allows for comprehensive analysis and tracking of performance metrics over an extended period, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning

Settings

The Settings page will give them access to all the pages within Settings, which are:

  1. API Keys
  2. Integrations
  3. Newsletters
  4. Team
  5. Webhooks

API Keys 

The Organization Administrator has the authority to search for, add, and delete API Keys. This capability enables them to manage access to API functionalities effectively, ensuring security and compliance with organizational protocols. Integrations

The Organization Administrator can add their Evvnt Portal ID, enabling them to seamlessly integrate events into their platform. For more information on available options when using the Evvnt block, please refer to the article titled What options do I have when using the Evvnt block?

Newsletters

In the Newsletter page, the Organization Administrator can enable or disable the Double opt-in option. If enabled, it will be turned on by default and can be adjusted for each channel. Additionally, the Organization Administrator can set up the sending domain on this page, ensuring proper email delivery and branding consistency. 

 

Teams

This is the section where the Organization Administrator can search for teammates by channels and roles. Additionally, they have the ability to add, assign permissions to, edit, and delete teammates. Please refer to article Role Management.

Webhooks

The Organization Administrator can search for, add, activate, deactivate, and delete webhooks. These functionalities allow for seamless integration with external applications and services. Please refer to article How can I use webhooks with Letterhead?

Channel level 

The Organization Administrator, have the same access to Dashboard, AudienceNewsletters and Settings like Channel Administrators.

The Dashboard page will show their channels metrics for the last 30 days, both promotion and delivery metrics.

 

The Audience page will give them access to all the pages within Audience, which are:

  1. Audience
  2. Segments
  3. Tags

The Newsletters page will give them access to all the pages within Newsletters, which are:

  1. Automations
  2. Curations
  3. Newsletters
  4. Templates

The Settings page will give them access to all the pages within Settings, which are:

  1. General
  2. Sending emails
  3. Integration
