How to get paid on Letterhead

Learn how to set up Stripe to receive payments for promotion sales

When someone completes an order on your Letterhead store, you get paid immediately via Stripe. We use Stripe to process all credit card transactions on Letterhead.

Stripe is certified as PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of security certification for the payment card industry. Learn more about Stripe at https://stripe.com/

To connect your Stripe account to Letterhead:

  1. Click on Settings in the Letterhead menu
  2. Use the links on the top right menu to access the Integrations section
  3. Click the Connect button next to Stripe
  4. Enter your Stripe email to connect to an existing account or to create a new one
  5. Select the name of the Stripe account you'd like to connect to Letterhead and click Connect
  6. That's it, you will be redirected back to Letterhead and you should see that your Stripe account is now Connected:

Letterhead automatically takes a revenue share of 10% if you have the Starter plan, and 5% if you have the Professional or Enterprise plans.
In Stripe what you'll see is that your account will get the full amount and then Stripe will auto-post a payment back to Letterhead for the revenue share percentage based on your plan.
