Yes. Both Organization Administrators and Channel Administrators can easily resubscribe audiences. To do so, please follow the steps outlined below.
- In the left navigation panel, click on the Audience option.
- Locate the audience by entering either their name or email address in the search field.
- Below the email address, you will find the current status. Click on the status and choose Pending Confirmation from the dropdown menu, then allow the changes to save.
- After a few moments, you will see various status options appear. Select the one labeled Subscribed.
- Return to the Audience section to verify the updated status.
