Manage your profile settings and email notification preferences.
To view and edit your Letterhead account profile details, click the profile icon (a circle with the first letter of your name) in the upper right corner of the page and choose Profile.
Here you can view and update your email notification preferences. Please note that email notification preferences are currently on a brand-by-brand level. If you have access to multiple accounts, you'll need to update your email settings on each account.
At the moment, you can only make changes to your Email Preferences on this page. If you need to update your First name, Last name, or Email, please create a support ticket, and we will update it on your behalf.
