How to Use Company-Level Promotions
This article explains how to create, manage, and use Company-Level Promotions so you can run promotions across multiple organizations and channels from one place.
Before You Start
Before using Company-Level Promotions, make sure that:

You are a company admin in Letterhead
Step-by-Step: Using Company-Level Promotions
Step 1: Go to the Company View

Open Letterhead and sign in to your account.

Use the organization or channel selector in the navigation.

Select the Company option to switch to the company-level view.
This view shows all organizations and channels that belong to your company.
Step 2: Create a Company-Level Promotion

From the Company view, click Promotions in the left-hand menu.

Click Create campaign.

Enter the promotion details, including:

Campaign title

Promoter name
-
Channels
-
Zone
-
Schedule dates
-
Add the promotion content (text, image, or banner).

Headline
-
Text
-
Promotion Link
4. Click Activate or Save as draft.
The promotion is now available at the company level.
Step 3: View and Manage Promotions
From the Promotions page, you can:

See all company-level promotions in one list
-
Check status, scheduled dates, impressions, and clicks

Edit or update existing promotions

Export promotion metrics
Step 4: Use Company Promotions in a Newsletter

Open a draft newsletter in any channel.

Add a Promotion block to your newsletter layout.

Select the appropriate promotion zone.

The newsletter will automatically pull the matching company-level promotion based on the send date.
If a promotion is scheduled but not placed in the newsletter, you’ll see a warning during preview and scheduling.
Using the Promotion Calendar
When working with Company-Level Promotions, you’ll see a calendar view that helps you understand when promotions are scheduled to run across your company.
The calendar allows you to:

View all scheduled promotions by date

See which channels and zones each promotion is assigned to

Identify gaps where promotions are scheduled but not placed in a newsletter
This view is especially useful when managing promotions across multiple organizations, as it gives you a single timeline to review upcoming and active promotions.

Troubleshooting and FAQs
I don’t see the Company option in navigation

Confirm you are a company admin
I see a warning that a promotion is missing from my newsletter
This means a promotion is scheduled for the send date but the matching promotion block hasn’t been added to the newsletter. You can:

Go back to the editor and add the Promotion block, or
-
Continue without the promotion
What happened to organization-level promotions?
Organization-level promotions are no longer used. All new promotions should be created and managed at the Company level.
