How to Add and Customize a Logo in Your Newsletter

This article explains how to set up your channel logo and use the Logo block in the newsletter composer. Adding your logo through the block makes branding your newsletter faster, consistent, and easier to manage.

The Logo block lets you instantly place your brand’s logo at the top of any newsletter. The block automatically pulls the logo saved in your channel settings, so you only have to upload it once.

Below are the steps to upload your logo and customize how it looks inside the editor.

Step 1: Upload Your Logo in Settings

Before using the Logo block, you’ll need to add your logo to your channel settings.

  1. Go to Settings → General.

  2. Scroll to the Logo section.

  3. Click Choose an image and upload your logo.

  4. Save your changes.

Tip: The logo uploaded here becomes the default logo used across your newsletters and the Logo block.

Step 2: Add the Logo Block to Your Newsletter

  1. Open the newsletter in the Advanced Composer.

  2. In the left-hand blocks panel, locate the Logo block.

  3. Drag and drop it into your newsletter.

Once you drop the block, your channel logo will appear automatically.

Step 3: Customize Your Logo Block

After placing the Logo block, you can adjust its design and behavior in the block settings panel:
