Transactional emails

When a new order is placed in your store, we send a notification email to the email associated with your Letterhead account.

  • The order confirmation email comes from Letterhead <noreply@tryletterhead.com>
  • The subject line is: "A new order in [Your newsletter name] has been placed"

After the purchase is complete and the promoter creates and schedules a promotion in your newsletter, we send you a second notification email.

  • The promotion scheduled confirmation email comes from Letterhead <noreply@tryletterhead.com>
  • The subject line is: "A new promotion in [Your newsletter name] has been scheduled"

 

We also notify you when a promoter reschedules an existing promotion to a different date in your newsletter. 

  • The promotion rescheduled confirmation email comes from Letterhead <noreply@tryletterhead.com>
  • The subject line is: "Promotion [ID] in [Your newsletter name] has been rescheduled"

How to keep Letterhead transactional emails safe from your spam folder

To make sure our emails get delivered to your inbox, please add either the From Address email: noreply@tryletterhead.com OR add the domain @tryletterhead.com to your Address Book or Contact List. If you find @tryletterhead.com emails in your Spam folder, please unmark them as Spam.
