Shared templates are visible to all channel users in the Templates section but can't be edited.

-
Log in to your company admin account at Letterhead admin.
-
Navigate to the Templates section.

Click Create New Template.

Use the editor to build your template using your brand kit (colors, logos, etc.).

Click "Preview and activate" to see how the template looks in specific newsletters.

Once ready, click on "Preview as" to view how it appears on your selected channel. You can then choose the channels where you would like to make the template accessible for your entire organization in "Activate in Channels".
