Welcome! As a Company Admin, you have the highest level of access across your organization. You’ll manage multiple organizations and monitor performance across dashboards. Here’s how to get started:
What You Can Access:
- Company Dashboards: Track audience growth, delivery, and engagement across all organizations and channels.
- Organization-Level Dashboards: View metrics by individual channel or a collection of channels.
- Company Templates: Create company-level templates and assign them to any organization or channel.
- Company Automations Errors Table: View and manage all automations across the organization, including error details and status.
- Settings: Manage org-level branding, sender settings, and integrations.

What You Can’t Access:
- You have full access across the platform.
Get Started:
- Open the Company Dashboard to get a high-level overview of performance across all organizations and channels.
- In Company Newsletters > Templates, create or edit a template and assign it to the appropriate organizations and channels
- Navigate to an Org Dashboard to assess each organization's performance.
- Add team members in Settings > Teams at the organization level.
- Review and configure Sending Domains at the organization or channel level.
- Create a multi-channel promotion under Promotions at the organization level.
- Generate insights in Reports at the organization or channel level.
- Update Audience Policies in Settings at the organization or channel level.
