Channel Administrator Quick Start Guide

Welcome! As a Channel Admin, you manage content and the audience for your assigned channels. Here's how to hit the ground running:

At the login screen. Enter your email and click the forgot password to gain access to your Letterhead account.

Make sure to add 'teams@invitation.to.letterhead.email' to your contacts, in order to ensure you receive your login credentials

πŸ”— What You Can Access:

  • Dashboard: Audience growth and delivery performance.
  • Audience: Add, edit, and segment subscribers. Import/export list via CSV.
  • Newsletters: Full access to create, automate, and curate.
  • Templates: Create and edit.
  • Curations: Add articles via RSS Feeds, Browser Extension or API
  • Automations: Set up recurring sends.
  • Archive: View published newsletters as they appear publicly.
  • Reports: Custom reports across periods.
  • Settings: Customize channel details, branding, sender info, color, fonts, and integrations.

Note: Channel Admins have all the permissions of a Content Contributor, plus additional audience and channel settings access.

What You Can’t Access:

  • Organization-wide settings or dashboards
  • Permissions beyond your channel(s)

Get Started:

  1. Go to Audience > Import to upload contacts.
  2. Use Tags/Segments to organize your list(s).
  3. Build a newsletter in Newsletters > New.
  4. Set up recurring sends in Automations.
  5. Customize branding in Settings > General and Sending Emails.
